You can contact us for exchange for all orders in all situation. No matter you want to change the style,color or size,you can contact us and we will make the replacement happen at the best way,easy,fast,low cost!



Return

Request for return or complaint must be filed within 7 days based on the original delivery date of your package.Fill in the return information here . Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

  • Products with quality problems

We guarantee all products against material and workmanship. Please kindly email us at service@ParisWish.com if you have any question about the product you received. Any quality issues should be proved with photograph documents and problem description. we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.

  • Products with size problem

If the size doesn't fit, ParisWish.com offers exchange service. We offer free exchange only for sizes problem caused by our side like sending you wrong size items (± 4cm for the bust ,waist and hip size, ± 2 cm for the item length and the sleeves length and so on ) .Otherwise,the cost like shipping fee for the exchange will be on your expense. So please make sure that you have checked the size chart and take the correct size while order.

  • The products are fine, i just don't love it

Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.We shall charge a certain amount restocking fee on each returning merchandise. (The percentage of the amount for the deduction is alterable based on the situation.).You will be responsible for all shipping fees.

For Made-To-Order clothing, if the items were made accurately according to your order specifications but do not fit, you are eligible for one free resizing service.  For customized wedding dresses a free lifetime alteration service is available.Shipping cost on your expense.

  • Products with color problem

Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. Do not worry, we will try our best to minimize the color difference by confirm the color you want with you on receipt of your payment.If you are sure you receive the wrong color item,please contact us at service@ParisWish.com

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns marked COD for insufficient postage will be refused.

For special attention: Please send returns by postal service which is preferred.



Order Cancellation

If your payment of an order has not been made yet, you may cancel it by clicking "Cancel order" in your account or just leave it alone.

Orders cancelled before process will be eligible for a full refund

Orders cancelled during process will be eligible for a partial refund depending on the progress ( Especially for made to order items like Wedding Dresses/Wedding Party Dresses/Special Occasion Dresses etc)

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
